Sam is the owner of Precision Residential, with experiencing managing large projects and coordinating a range of different trades to achieve the best result.
His diverse knowledge on carpentry, tiling, plumbing, and all other trades gives him a wholistic view when it comes to your home. He's fuelled by his determination to meet clients' needs, the opportunity to flex his creativity and the customer's smile at the end of a project.

I endeavour to re-purpose wood and materials from jobs to create custom furniture with a bit of history and character. What can't be upcycled is disposed of or recycled at appropriate waste stations but where I can, sustainability is top of mind.
