Sam is the owner of Precision Residential, with experiencing managing large projects and coordinating a range of different trades to achieve the best result.
His diverse knowledge on carpentry, tiling, plumbing, and all other trades gives him a wholistic view when it comes to your home. He's fuelled by his determination to meet clients' needs, the opportunity to flex his creativity and the customer's smile at the end of a project.
'I enjoy working on new homes and developments, but have a real passion for renovations and extensions.
Working on a place that's old and run down and transforming it into a stunning home with great design elements is a real achievement to me and inspires me when I'm working on my own home.
Thinking about custom features and how the clients live is a great way to ensure that everyone's home serves them and their needs.'

When Sam's not at work, he's out on the course having a hit of golf, or at home with his family, walking his two hairy 'dog' children to the park with his partner, getting coffee and crossiants on the way.
It's in the name but, a high attention to detail and ensuring that the finishes are spot on is what makes all the difference in quality.
Being open and honest from the start with clients helps to ensure that construction runs smoothly and ensures that everyone is happy with the end result.
I love what I do, and am proud of what I do. I love coming to work and creating something that enhances and adds to the livelihoods of others, making things easier.
You never stop learning and with that comes constant improvement and innovation. I'm keen to try out new ideas and push the boundaries when it comes to future and forward thinking.
While I work efficiently and am prompt in communicating with clients, this doesn't compromise on the quality of work produced. I'm proud to say that I work with care and attention to ensure that work is on track with what was agreed.
I endeavour to re-purpose wood and materials from jobs to create custom furniture with a bit of history and character. What can't be upcycled is disposed of or recycled at appropriate waste stations but where I can, sustainability is top of mind.
